Even when my job was to encourage people to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and "save the climate" I wondered just why the sun was never mentioned by IPCC climate scientists. Now I realize just how much has been left out of their calculations.

If you really want to understand future climate, you have to look at past climate, and past climate shows us, time and again, that rapid climate changes have occurred repeatedly throughout Earth's history and had absolutely nothing to do with CO2 or human beings for that matter.

1. Water vapor accounts for 97% of GHG (greenhouse gas)
2. Carbon dioxide only accounts for 2% of GHGs.

Senator James Inhofe (R-OK) yesterday asked the Obama administration to investigate what he called “the greatest scientific scandal of our generation” — the actions of climate scientists revealed by the Climategate files, and the subsequent admissions by the editors of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Fourth Assessment Report (AR4). He also called for former Vice President Al Gore to be called back to the Senate to testify. “In [Gore's] science fiction movie, every assertion has been rebutted,” Inhofe said. 2. Many nations' delegates walk out on the talks.
