He sees ID cards as a stepping stone that will be used to introduce the bigger microchip agenda. A CIA scientist warned David that microchips can not just be used to keep track of us, but also to amplify signals that potentially could effect our very emotions and even manipulate us physically.
David urges us all - if we plan to say no to anything - to say no to the microchip.
