Scientists Silenced on Dangers of GMO Food

Corporations do not want people to know the dangers of GMO foods. They use intimidation of scientists keep us in ignorance.

Árpád Pusztai and Ignacio Chapela have two things in common. They are distinguished scientists and their careers are in ruins. Both scientists choose to look at the phenomenon of genetic engineering. Both made important discoveries. Both of them are suffering the fate of those who criticize the powerful vested interests that now dominate big business and scientific research.

Statements made by scientists themselves prove that 95% of the research in the area of genetic engineering is paid by the industry. Only 5% of the research is independent. The big danger for freedom of science and our democracy is evident. Can the public -- we all -- still trust our scientists?

Climate Scam - Have They No Shame?

Even when my job was to encourage people to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and "save the climate" I wondered just why the sun was never mentioned by IPCC climate scientists. Now I realize just how much has been left out of their calculations.

If you really want to understand future climate, you have to look at past climate, and past climate shows us, time and again, that rapid climate changes have occurred repeatedly throughout Earth's history and had absolutely nothing to do with CO2 or human beings for that matter.

Even the amount of CO2 humans are supposed to have produced just doesn't cut it as a climate driver. This is a clip from Dr. Michael Coffman's "Global Warming or Global Governance" pointing out that:

1. Water vapor accounts for 97% of GHG (greenhouse gas)
2. Carbon dioxide only accounts for 2% of GHGs.
3. Human caused carbon dioxide emissions are less than 1%

Have you noticed how much food has gone up lately? Well, brace yourself for more of the same. In the face of inflation fueled by overprinting of the US dollar, plus worldwide crop failures caused by extreme weather conditions, and increasing oil prices, food inflation is inevitable. There may even be absolute shortages of some commodities. Smart people will be growing food now and do everything they can to encourage their neighbours to do so as well!
