Codex and the Quackery of Modern Medicine

In this CBS video a farmer on life support almost dies because a team of doctors refused to administer intravenous vitamin C. Resorting to legal action, his family managed to force the hospital to administer 50 grams of intravenous Vitamin C a day. To everyone’s delight the patient showed immediate improvement leading to full recovery.

Despite such results, on December 28, 2010 the US Food and Drug Authority ordered manufacturers to stop making IV Vitamin C, Magnesium and certain B Vitamins by classifying them as “New Drugs”.

Now the nutrients under attack, which form the basis of countless therapies for serious diseases, may be provided ONLY by compounding pharmacies under a specific prescription for a specific patient. This means that the cost of these nutrients will increase sharply.

It also means that the FDA, always hostile to compounding pharmacies and the independent use of nutrients, can pick off individual substances and attack compounding pharmacies at their leisure. This is a result of the power granted FDA in 2007 (section 301(11) of the Kennedy FDA Enabling Act) to ban interstate sale of any “food” ever studied for medical use, even if never so used.

Codex Alimentarius Attempting to Mandate Undernutrition

Chronic under-nutrition is rife in the seemingly well-fed Western world, and the cause of many of our modern diseases including diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, stroke and obesity.

Now there is a global push - via a world food code called Codex Alimentarius - to mandate under-nutrition by setting upper limits on the amount of natural high-potency nutrients allowed in foods and supplements. Here Dr Rima E Laibow MD reports from the Codex Alimentarius (World Food Code) Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses and the attempts at its Dusseldorf Germany 2009 meeting to restrict dietary supplement potency. Control of Our Food Imminent - Codex Alimentarius

Codex Alimentarius was created in 1962 as a trade Commission by the UN to control the international trade of food. Codex is made up of thousands of standards and guidelines. Its initial intentions may have been altruistic but it has been taken over by corporate interests, most notably the pharmaceutical, pesticide, biotechnology and chemical industries.

Codex Alimentarius will go into global implementation by December 31, 2009, unless We, the People, avert it. The World Trade Organization (WTO) intends to force Codex Alimentarius upon the nations of the world, including the U.S. This would be done under the threat of massive economic sanctions if WTO-countries do not comply with Codex Alimentarius.

Furthermore, Codex is based in the Napoleonic Code, not Common Law. That means that under Codex Alimentarius, anything not explicitly permitted is forbidden. Under Common Law, we hold that anything not explicitly forbidden is permitted. The difference is the difference between health freedom and health tyranny. Codex Alimentarius would be able to ban supplements by default.

If Codex Alimentarius is implemented in the United States of America, therapeutic dosages of vitamins and minerals (and all other nutrients soon to follow) will become unavailable because they will literally become illegal.
