Australian "Private Property" Rights Under Threat - Your Help Needed NOW Please

There are many high and supreme court decisions (e.g. Dillon V Plenty HCA5 1992) that set lawful precedents upholding your right to say who[b] is[/b] and [b]is not[/b] allowed on YOUR property in Australia. If you have a visible sign on your gate and next to your gate (in case it is open) that says something like:

No Trespass
This is PRIVATE PROPERTY owned under a Grant in Fee Simple Title.
To all persons and entities entering this property without the permission of the land owners,
admittance is by invitation only or Trespass Applies.

NO ONE is allowed to enter your property, or even photograph it, without your express permission or invitation - even police.

However, a lowly district magistrate in NSW has recently ruled that this law no longer applies to the property of a landowner who happens to be a prominent campaigner for farmer's property rights. To overturn this unlawful decision, an appeal must be made to the High Court. Details of the case, which involved Local Government, are available here.

However, the High Court will no longer accept appeals unless they satisfy these criteria:

1. there is a genuine question of Public Importance
2. where the interests of Justice require it

I would like to be included as asking that the High Court allow Special
Leave to Appeal on the decision of Judge Sidis of the District Court and
the Supreme Court of Appeals in the matter of Maynes vs Casey. I
believe this matter is of public importance to every private land-owner &

I have a No Trespass sign on the boundary of my land / home /
business and wish to know whether that sign defends me or is of no legal

I wish to know whether the lower courts are superior to the High

How to Connect with Your Neighbours

These are interesting times indeed, and if you are going along thinking everything will stay pretty much the same then you're simply not looking! Human experience shows that having connections with others in your community makes the difference between basic survival and living a good life.. Trouble is, our ability to do this has gone pretty rusty over the last couple of generations.

Here are some simple but very useful tips on how to get those connections happening.... Don't leave it any longer to get started. And as always, stock up on food and essentials, learn to grow your own and don't expect anyone else to look after you if and when the s*$# hits the fan. This is about interdependence, not dependence.

Is There a Downside to Being a Locavore ie. Eating Only Local Produce?

There's good reasons to go Locavore and strive to eat only locally grown food.

For a start, most agribusiness foods are polluted with petrochemical fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides and pesticides. Compared to large agribusinesses, some small local growers, with their greater attention to detail, may produce food that is less contaminated or totally organic and so better for you.

Also, transport of non local foods require:

1) extra fuel that our country(s) can no longer afford,
2) picking food stuffs green, and maybe even,
3) GMO and/or,
4) irradiation to increase shelf life.

Since most big farmers follow the "NPK" mentality, and farm the soil unsustainably, the food they produce is most likely almost void of minerals. I had a soil test from my master gardener training days but it tested for very few minerals and is therefore useless.

The only reason I can think of not to become a 100% locavore is that most unamended soils in any locality are deficient in the same minerals. Minerals are more than important, they are VITAL to plant, animal and human life. Just ask my Vet or my Doctor.

Orders We Will Not Obey

Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of currently serving US military, reserves, National Guard, peace officers, fire-fighters, and veterans who swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic … and meant it. They won’t “just follow orders.”

Below is their declaration of orders they will NOT obey because they consider them unconstitutional (and thus unlawful) and immoral violations of the natural rights of the people. Such orders would be acts of war against the American people by their own government, and thus acts of treason. "We will not make war against our own people. We will not commit treason. We will defend the Republic."

The Australian Constitution does not include a Bill of Rights. Some delegates to the 1898 Constitutional Convention favoured a section similar to the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution, but the majority felt that the traditional rights and freedoms of British subjects were sufficiently guaranteed by the Parliamentary system and independent judiciary which the Constitution would create. As a result, the Australian Constitution has often been criticised for its scant protection of rights and freedoms.

Some express rights were, however, included, such as:

Right to trial by jury – Section 80 creates a right to trial by jury for indictable offences against Commonwealth law. There are serious conceptual limitations to this right however, since the Commonwealth is free to make any offence, no matter how serious the punishment, triable otherwise than on indictment. As Justice Higgins said in R. v. Archdall & Roskruge; Ex parte Carrigan and Brown (1928) 41 CLR 128: "if there be an indictment, there must be a jury, but there is nothing to compel procedure by indictment". In practice, however, no major issue of abuse of this loophole has been raised.

Preparing for the what if...

We are responsible for our own future. We can not depend on any one else to
provide for and protect us. In the future we may need to have a garden to
produce our veggies. In the future we may need to raise chickens to provide our
meat and eggs. In the future we may need to raise cattle to provide our beef
and milk. In the future we may need to have a wood fired cook stove to provide
our heat and a way to cook. Each of these has a (sometimes very long, expensive
and painful) learning curve. If we wait until we need them it will be too late.

Therefore when we both had day jobs we planned for what if...

We bought a piece of land, built the house and greenhouse. We started using a wood stove to cook
and to heat. We do not yet need the 1907 Singer Treadle sewing machine but if
we ever do it will be too late to buy it and learn to use it. We built a coop
and bought day old chicks. We took Master Gardener training and planted a
garden and orchard. We are building a barn and fencing for Dexter Cattle. We
are canning food, saving seed, buying tools, saving nails and buying extra
storage supplies.

We do not need any of these skills yet but if we ever do it
will be too late to acquire them.

If we ever need the garden we have to plant it two to six months before then. If we need the food in the pantry it will be
too late to stock it. We still need to print more reference material from the
internet and expand our library. We need a better water supply. Then we need to
master rabbit husbandry.

If we never need these skills we will have saved money, had a better, longer, happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.

Elenin/Planet X/Nubiru - Should We Be Worried?

The celestial body Elenin is presently being tracked as it goes through the asteroid belt on its way into the inner solar system. It is due to come closest to Earth on 26 September this year.

So should we be worried?

NASA is treating Elenin like just another near miss comet. However, there is some disturbing evidence that suggests Elenin could be something very much bigger, with potential to dramatically effect the Earth through catastrophic gravitational and electromagnetic effects.

So what's the evidence?

Scientist Mensur Omerbashich found a 90% correlation between earthquakes over 6.0 and Earth - Sun - Elenin alignments since 2007.

As you can see in the video below, each time Elenin has lined up with Earth and the Sun on its approach to us has marked a major seismic event on our planet, for example:

15 March 2011 - 9.0 Japan earthquake and tsunami
4 September 2010 - 7.2 Christchurch earthquake
27 February 2010 - 8.8 Chile earthquake when still 6 times our distance from the sun

Anyone who has a basic grasp of physics would realize that it must be pretty huge to have such strong impacts at such massive distances from us. As it gets closer its influence will intensify.



On September 26 this year it will next line up again when it is very close to Earth. Will there be a pole shift? Almost certainly we may expect at least some very strong seismic activity and mega tides. There will also be a partial alignment THIS MONTH on May 21. November 5 it makes its closest approach to Earth. Its last alignment with Earth before going on its way back out into the Milky Way will be 23 November this year.

Back in the early 1980's the perturbations in the orbits of outer planets in our solar system led astronomers to postulate the existence of a large heaven body they nicknamed "planet X". In 1983 NASA sent out a space probe to look for it. Since then the whole topic has been put under wraps. Could Elenin be Planet X? It is certainly possible, discussed in the video below:

Scientists Silenced on Dangers of GMO Food

Corporations do not want people to know the dangers of GMO foods. They use intimidation of scientists keep us in ignorance.

Climate Scam - Have They No Shame?

Even when my job was to encourage people to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and "save the climate" I wondered just why the sun was never mentioned by IPCC climate scientists. Now I realize just how much has been left out of their calculations.

If you really want to understand future climate, you have to look at past climate, and past climate shows us, time and again, that rapid climate changes have occurred repeatedly throughout Earth's history and had absolutely nothing to do with CO2 or human beings for that matter.

1. Water vapor accounts for 97% of GHG (greenhouse gas)
2. Carbon dioxide only accounts for 2% of GHGs.
